Hi! I’m Francesca!

I grew up in Glendale, Queens in a big Italian-Puerto Rican family. I am the youngest of five girls (one of them is my twin)! Growing up, our family would gather multiple generations together for Sunday dinner every week. These loud, joyous meals together sparked my passion for food as early as I can remember. As a little kid, I was constantly amazed to see my grandpa and my dad turn our small kitchen into a magical space. When it came time for me to go to college, culinary school was the obvious choice. I couldn't see myself doing anything else.

I completed my studies at The Culinary Institute of New York, where I got my first dose of kitchen stress on the culinary competition team… and I loved every minute of that adrenaline. Since then, I have cooked and baked in a number of restaurants and bakeries throughout Long Island. Every place has been a huge learning experience for me, and I still keep in touch with all of my past co-workers. There’s something about a kitchen that seems to make everyone a family. I believe in hard work, high-quality ingredients, and having fun doing the job.

I moved to Long Beach about five years ago on a whim, and I immediately knew that this cute little city by the sea was the ultimate place for me. There’s just something about this place that I can’t explain. I am so incredibly thrilled to be able to serve the community I love with the things I love.

Come on by and introduce yourself. I can’t wait to meet you!
